This is an old form of punishment that was used to settle disagreements between two (usually women) people. The stock fits around the head and also holds the hands in place one below the other. It was used to attach the two together until they could settle their differences. For us it's also a great tool for bondage as well as for punishment!
The head stock is cut 6 inches (19 inch circumference). The wrists are cut at 2 1/4 (about a 7 inch circumference).
Closes with easy release hasp.
